Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, is for the original purchaser, and is not transferable. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Warranty covers defects from normal use only and does not include malfunctions or failures from improper use, abuse, or problems with electric power.
Customer is responsible for return shipping to 4008 Crest Cove, Round Rock, Texas 78681. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be clearly marked with RMA number requested from Lundy Electronics. Goods must be returned in adequate packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment excluding shipping.
